Involves removal of all debris left from the winter months, pruning of some dead wood from plant material in landscape beds, cutting back of any perennials and ground cover, and removal of residual leaves in anticipation for mulching.

To occur once a year. Beds will be edged to a depth of 2" - 3”, where applicable, and 2-1/2” of mulch will be added to landscaped beds. It is strongly recommended that this service occur after spring clean-up.

Mowing will take place approximately 22 - 24 times annually beginning in April and ending in October, weather permitting. Grass is cut to 3”– 4” high, edges are made along sidewalks and landscape beds (only if a defined edge already exists). Grass will be recycled back into lawn. Mowing will take place every 7 - 10 days during the spring and fall and every 10 - 14 days during the summer, depending upon the weather. 

Weeds will be chemically treated.

Shearing or hand pruning of plants to take place a minimum of three times per year.   Price includes the removal of debris. More visits might be required depending upon the type of plant material.

A minimum of two visits per season required. First removal occurs before the end of November and the second removal before the end of December, weather permitting. Additional visits at the client’s request may be performed for an additional fee not included in the service agreement. Includes the removal of leaves and sticks from lawn and landscaped beds. Does not include the removal of debris from rain gutters.
