“Mr. Seymour came out promptly to give us an estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and gave us many suggestions and options for our yard and plants (though he did not try to push us into any extra costly work). The day he was scheduled to come trim the bushes there was a downpour and he had to reschedule. By then he was backed up and it took a few weeks before he could come back out. At that point the Wisteria was probably twice as big as when he gave the estimate, but he did not change the price. We got a confirmation the night before he came. The work was done while we were away, but we were very happy with the results. He and his men did an amazing job of cleaning up what must have been two full truckloads of debris. None of my other plants (many underfoot) were damaged in the process. I received a follow-up email soliciting my response and any concerns.
